Colony Cove is a 60 unit beach front resort which features spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom modern condo suites.  These breezy, sunlit units include full kitchen, microwave, washer and dryers, cable TV, VCR, HBO and a private balcony. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

There is a large fresh water pool on the premises, as well as two lit tennis courts, both newly renovated. The Serendipity Restaurant caters to both hotel guests and local gourmets. The entire Colony Cove Resort which consists of four separate buildings was extensively renovated in 1991 with additional renovations in 1996/1997. A dedicated staff of 20 employees keep things running smoothly.

Areas of special interest within the resort include the tropical herb garden, pristine white sand beach and the two colorful reefs just offshore of the resort.
