- Pomegranate -
Leaves and blossoms and seed - tea for dysentery. Rind and bark for tapeworms.
- Prickly Pear -
Washing hair, inflamed eyes, high blood pressure. Cataplasm with cornmeal eases back ache or abdominal inflammation.
- Rosemary -
Tea for nervous tension and headache. Dried and burned, fumigates sick rooms.
- Sarsaparilla (Candle bush) -
blood purifier from dried roots.
- Sorrel -
Leaves combined with carrot tops for cooling and kidney or bladder ailments.
