Suites accommodate 4 persons total; villas accommodate 6 persons. We love families! Children under 12 years and under eat and play for free when accompanied by parents.

Two nights deposit is required upon confirmation. Payment is fully refundable upon notification of cancellation at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 7 days will forfeit the deposit. Thirty days notification is required for holiday periods.

Breakfast and dinner, add $70 per person per night.

 8% VI room tax applies, 5% service and energy charge apply. Rates are quoted per room, per night.
 European Plan, based on Single/Double occupancy. Higher peak  rates apply to Christmas, New Year's, and President's Day holidays.
