I am a US citizen. I am retired with 2 government pensions. My fiance is a Romanian citizen. We want to marry and live in the US Virgin Islands. Most likely ST. Thomas.
I have a current US Passport. What will I need to do to make it possible for My fiancee and I to relocate there. Should we marry before we arrive? Our target date is for
    1 March 2014.

      Hi Michael,

I would recommend that you contact a lawyer who deals with immigration issues. The law firm I know on the islands it BoltNagi and they have a website at http://www.vilaw.com. I would contact them to see if they deal with immigration, and if now if they could point you to a law firm that does.
