"Ricardo Richards Youth Steel Symphony" Most of the schools in St. Thomas have steel pan groups. All St. Thomas celebrations have steel pan bands present. Each group competes every year in steel pan contests. This truck has more steel pan players lined up in two rows on the back. The beautiful ringing sound fills the air.
