McLaughlin Anderson Vacations, Ltd.

Although St. Thomas was very hard hit in residential neighborhoods, the majority of our villas on St. Thomas suffered water damage and minor exterior damages. These homes and cottages are being tended to by us and the concerned owners with urgency, as we hope to have the majority of our villas refurbished and ready when we again get electricty, so that we may again begin renting.

However, approximately 10 of our St. Thomas villas are badly damaged and may require up to a year for reconstruction. Overall, we and our villa owners are 100% committed to resuming rentals as soon as we're able to provide our guests with pristine accommodations and a restored island infrastructure.

On St. Croix and St. John, our villas suffered some damage, but again, are already undergoing repairs.

Our 1996 Color Villa Catalog is at the printers and should be ready in 2 weeks. We hope to resume our season sometime between December and January!
